ASTER Tunisia Software License & Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

  • Enjoy a 14-day free trial with limited workstations.

  • Test ASTER’s functionality without payment obligations.

2. Refund Terms

  • ✅ 90% Refund Eligible ONLY If:

    • Request is made BEFORE your activation key is emailed.

    • 10% is withheld for payment processing fees.

  • ❌ Strictly No Refunds If:

    • Activation key has been sent to your email (regardless of use).

    • License is activated or transferred.

Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase to:
contact@astertunisia.tn with subject: “Refund Request – Order #[Number]”

3. License Activation

  • Licenses are permanently bound to your PC’s hardware ID (HWID) upon activation.

  • All sales are final after key delivery.

4. License Transfers

  • One transfer per license per calendar year permitted.

  • Process:

    1. Deactivate license via ASTER Control Panel.

    2. Email contact@astertunisia.tn with:

      • Proof of purchase

      • Original and new HWIDs

      • Written transfer request

  • Transfers processed within 48 business hours.

5. Critical Restrictions

  • ❌ No refunds after key delivery

  • ❌ No transfers beyond 1/year

  • ❌ Licenses cannot be resold or shared

6. Workstation Expansion

  • Increase workstations by purchasing additional ASTER Pro licenses (max 12 per system).
